To Our RenalCare Associates Patients:

The current coronavirus pandemic is making all of us take extreme measures to stay healthy.  It is very important that you do everything possible to avoid becoming infected with Covid-19 and avoid spreading the infection to others.  That includes staying at home and avoiding groups of people as well as carefully washing your hands and not touching your face.  This infection spreads from person to person and by touching surfaces (doorknobs, etc.) that are contaminated.

To help protect you, we are temporarily offering doctor visits by Telehealth Video Conferencing so that you do not have to miss your doctor's appointment but also can avoid coming to the office.  In the Peoria, Galesburg, Ottawa, and Bloomington offices, you can choose to either come to the office for face to face visit or do your visit by Telehealth. We are now seeing patients in our other office locations as well through either face to face visit or by Telehealth option.

A staff member will be calling you before your appointment to ask your preference for visit type and help you know how to connect by computer or smartphone if you choose Telehealth.
